Our regular hard cider blended w/ michigan balaton cherries
A light American wheat style beer w/ an aroma & flavor of fresh, savory thyme, finishing w/ a citrus cleansing to balance the flavor. this is our spring/summer seasonal beer that is on tap from march through august
Our first gluten free beer brewed w/ sorghum, raspberry blossom honey, agave nectar & cinnamon sticks. Formerly known as g-free
Hard cider made from the juice of four different apples & fermented w/ a white wine yeast to retain the flavor of the apple blend
This is our lightest colored beer based on an American blond style. this clean, refreshing beer is made w/ English malt that gives it a nice bready flavor
Mild - a lower-alcohol, easy drinking beer w/ plenty of malt character & lower hop presence. It has been said about this style that it looks dark, but tastes light
This is our flagship beer. Caramel notes on the front of this beer are quickly balanced w/ a mild hop bitterness. Easy drinking for just about anybody
Our red glare amber ale aged on oak
Very much like a bitter pale ale, but this california common is fermented w/ a lager yeast to create a crisp taste w/ fruity notes
A decidedly hoppy & bitter, moderately strong American pale ale. American hop character can be described as being citrusy, piney, fruity & resiny

Do they allow kids??
I always enjoy liberty pub, it's a great home town bar with good beers and nice ambience.
MoreAlways fun to try their brewer series
Their beer is always amazing. I don't really order food here so I can't comment on that. Start here, have a couple delicious beers in a very cozy and homey environment, then head over to Hermann's to round out the night with some burgers. You'll never be disappointed! Great local establishment!
MoreExcellent beer and great service. Cant wait to sit in and have a pint.
Great local watering hole. Bring your own food.-------- Update August 2019 --------Holy cow, what happened to the beers? There are a few "bad batches" that don't seem to disappear. A few of my favorites have been ruined. We're looking elsewhere now for our reliable watering hole until things improve here. 3/5 stars... Beer can't miss at a beer place. And it does here.
MoreGreat service and great beer. Check it out, you won't regret it.
If you are looking for fine dining, do not enter this place. They do have a few things on the menu that you can order, which I think are microwaved. They allow you to bring in food, or order delivery. This place is unapologetically a brew pub. They do not cater to people who are hungry -with the exception of the popcorn. They simply make some great beer. I like the American IPA. But I've tried the stout and porter and they are good too. My 3 year old loves the homemade root-beer.
MoreOne of the best in Michigan
Candy is an awesome bartender. Great beer. Cozy atmosphere, upstairs seating also available.
MoreGreat beer a definite must for beer lovers. Don't miss this Gem! Worth the trip away from DTP.
MoreNice quiet pub to get a good variety of beers. New beers regularly. Just like the weather in Michigan if you don't like what you see wait a minute. But there are always some standby regular tastes on tap. A nice board game collection so you can add a little competition with your group.
MorePretty good beer, a great atmosphere, and fantastic. Liberty Street is the best local brewery around.
MoreNice place to get a brew! Soul Geometry is excellent, and they have several varieties on tap.
MoreGood place...been first time......I tried a sampler that comes with 4 different beers(bartender was nice,he suggested what exactly I am looking for...thumbsup)...it has an open place too...and they do organise some events...on our day it a comety night.. couldn't go to it..will be visiting this place again...
MoreThe atmosphere is beautiful and old school. It reminds me of walking into bar in the old westerns. They still have the railing and knobs for tying you horse up outside and the woodwork inside is magnificent. Now, the beer. I especially like their darks. Pooh Beer Porter is THE BEST around. There used to be another brewery in Northville that had a great porter but they closed years ago. Their staff is always friendly and accommodating, (-not sure why others say otherwise?) I dont yo yo a beer garden for chips, popcorn or salsa, just beer. I've been to too many great breweries that have gone out of business because they waste their resources on providing food. Do what you do best, serve good beer! That's what Liberty Street does and they do it with excellence! Also, good beer is never cheap. If you're looking for cheap beer, go to the local sports bar for Bud Light Happy Hour!
MoreCozy environment and fabulous beer selection! Personally I like the blonde lager the best.
MoreBest place to grab a pint and hang out. The staff is super friendly. It is the type of place where I could take a book, order a beer and just enjoy myself.
MoreAmazing beer. Try the pumpkin ale! So pumpkiny :) the bartender was so nice, she told me she works every sunday. So if you have free time on a sunday, go here! She was quick and very kind. Will be back :)
MoreGreat local brewery. I have been going here on a regular basis for at least 4 years. Nice selection of regular and seasonal beers. Friendly waitstaff. Great place to play a board game or cards and drink a craft brew. Small TV and no food, although they will let you order delivery. Out door patio too
MoreGreat local place with traditional pub atmosphere to grab a drink and chat. While a limited selection of bar snacks (pretzels, simple pizza, etc) they let you order delivery or take out from local businesses if you are feeling something else. Plus there are board games on hand for patrons to play at their table too! (battleship, chess, connect 4, and various trivia games.)
MoreBeen coming regularly on Monday's for a while now and we always have a lovely time. The bartender goes out of his way to make us fresh popcorn, which is a necessity in this girl's life. Definitely a customer for life :)
MoreGreat place
If you're ever out and about in downtown Plymouth and need a leisurely place to cool down from that glorious Michigan summer, check out Liberty Street beers on tap. Definitely worth a tasting.
MoreAn excellent small craft brewer. Beautiful taproom. Room for 60 or so. I enjoyed Session IPA and American IPA
MoreMy local and favorite brewery. No food here, but you’re allowed to bring your own. And if the weather is nice you can sit out back with your pup. A couple of small TVs in case you want to catch a game, but they’re not large enough to subtract from the atmosphere. For group events they have a large room upstairs with its own bar and taps. Very reasonable pricing to rent the room. Come have a beer and check it out!
MoreI absolutely love this place candy and Liz are always helpful to recommend the best brew for what we are looking for. We never go out but when we do we come here because we know we will be taken care of. Product = primo. Service = spectacular.
MoreFriendly and personable barkeep. $4 off growler fills in June can't be beat.
LOVE this place!! Seriously, stop in for a drink and walk around upstairs to check out the art. You won't be disappointed!!
MoreGreat beer, and friendly staff, Steve was extremely helpful. Reminds me of a an actual British pub, not a bar trying to be a British pub.
MoreHas growlers available. Extra nice during quarantine. Grab a growler on your way to pickup dinner. Great variety of beer and cider available.
MoreGreat selection of craft beer in a chill brewery setting.
Closing time online says 12 or 1 but every time I've gone they close early, even with a full bar. The servers have been rude each time, as well, which is a bummer because I love the beer. I don't expect to be coddled or checked on when I go out, but I definitely expect to be spoken to with respect and kindness.
MoreGreat local brewery with wonderful beer and great people..
As good as the average microbrewery. Good. Decent. Fine. Not bad. Not great. If I were local, I'd be coming back for sure though.
MoreGreat beer and great atmosphere! Starting up yoga and beer with local yoga studio Crafted Mind and Body. Nice to see local Old Village businesses supporting each other!
MoreGreat rotating beer selection but the staff isn't very friendly.
While the beer is great the service is incredibly disappointing. I've been here several times and have yet to have a decent experience with staff. They will habitually ignore you when your glass is empty. Not to mention, the salsa was served in a cheap plastic bowl? How is this place this nice, yet not be able to afford simple dishes? Needless to say, I'm done there. North Center has a MUCH nicer vibe and is only a few minutes away
MoreCool atmosphere, good selection of beers.
Feels like a neighborhood bar. Staff and patrons are friendly and the beer is good. Bring in a dinner from home or a local restaurant and it's a great evening
MoreI have been going to this establishment since it opened. Typically, and I have to stress typically, they have great beer. But tonight the beer was terrible. I had the the American IPA and the taste was off in a bad way. My wife had a Red Glare Amber, typically a real good beer, it was terrible and I am being kind. It seems as though LSBC has changed their recipes or had a bad batch. If it was a bad batch then you should not sell it. I hate to cross this place off of my list of favorites places. This is the third time the beer has been off. That's three strikes, good thing I do not follow the rules of baseball.
MoreI love this place. This is my favorite brewery/pub.
Good beer, friendly environment, love it!
Comfortable place to hang out. I love the decor and old town feel. The beer is really good too.
MoreWe maybe just hit the place at a bad time - we were the first customers at 12.10pm. The bar was clean with a friendly welcome, but the IPA was flat and had a skunky quality - I suspect the taps may not have been pulled through and the first pint may have sat in the pipes overnight. No stout on tap and only flavored porter. Hope to check back some other time and maybe amend this.
MoreGreat beer, great time. Mug club member here and I do enjoy trying out the new beers that they release.
MoreFantastic rotating taps, good standard beers. Love the red glare amber!
Tap beer is good and cold, service is excellent and bathrooms are clean. Great place for a quick stop after work and before heading home from work. Just watch out for the train.
MoreI love their beer. Sometimes I wish they sold food or brought in a food truck.
Great beer and a nice chill place compared to the hell that downtown Plymouth has become.
MoreGreat place to visit when in Plymouth. Get the Soul Geometry and whatever Brewer special they have. Wonderful staff and brews, cheers!
